Anichya Coffee

Coffee, in itsmoment.

Single-origin coffees from India, selected in small lots and released while they are at their best.

01 — The idea

Nothing stays the same. That's the point.

Coffee is never quite the same twice.

A harvest exists for a moment. Weather changes. Landscapes change. Cherries ripen, are picked and processed. A coffee moves through many hands before it reaches a cup.

What we taste is the result of all of those things coming together at one particular moment.

Anichya — impermanence — is our reminder to pay attention to that moment.

02 — The coffee

Small lots.Distinct origins.

We look for coffees that carry a clear sense of where they come from — shaped by their geography, harvest and the people who produce them.

01 — Origin

Place matters.

Coffee begins with geography — the landscape, climate and growing conditions that surround it.

02 — Process

Every decision leaves a mark.

From cherry to green coffee to roasted coffee, each step shapes what the cup will become.

03 — Release

Here for a season.

Anichya coffees are released in limited lots. Each one belongs to a particular harvest and a particular moment. When it is gone, something new takes its place.

Coffee

Moment

It begins with a place.

With the people who grow it.

With the landscape around them.

With the choices made through the harvest and processing.

With the particular conditions of a particular season.

By the time coffee reaches the cup, all of those things have become part of it.

Anichya is about paying attention to that chain of moments. Not trying to make every coffee the same. But understanding what makes this coffee, from this place, at this time, what it is.

Because what exists today will not exist in quite the same way tomorrow.
